With diplomas in six distinct alternative health modalities, Karen emerged as a pioneer in the Aromatherapy industry in Australia. From the inception of her start-up company in 1986 to the establishment of an international college, she created a multi-million-dollar enterprise. Her journey is a testament to entrepreneurial prowess and relentless pursuit of knowledge and mastery. Through her hands-on experiences Karen earned an MBA forged in the crucible of real-world challenges.
Relocating to London in 2003 marked a new chapter, as a business consultant, designing and executing bespoke leadership development programs around the world. Her expertise in transformation and systems change, honed over four decades, has earned her widespread acclaim as a preeminent authority in the field. Karen has been entrusted with delivering exceptional results for a diverse clientele.
