On raising a daughter & female leader of great courage & confidence - interview

In March, The Flourish Initiative Founder and CEO, Karen Downes and her daughter and courageous leader Rebecca Day, re-joined host and founder Jeanine van Seenus on her New Generation Woman show - a new media platform for 40+ women - to discuss becoming a female leader.
